AI-generated NSFW images of Taylor Swift have circulated on social media platform X, as celebrities continue to battle deepfake content that recreates their likeness.

Yesterday, the keywords “Taylor Swift AI” was among the top trending topics on X. A click on the key terms would bring the user to a results page that displays two AI-generated images. One image depicted Swift, naked and covered in red paint, swarmed by a crowd of people.

The second image depicted Swift, also naked and covered in red paint, surrounded by a crowd of people in a sports stadium with the words ‘Fk Me’ written on her body.

Taylor Swift AI ‘porn’

The NSFW hashtag of the Cruel Summer singer reportedly trended on X for several hours, with over 24,000 reposts and millions of views. Hours lapsed after the original account that shared the images had their account suspended.

Swift, of course, is far from the only celebrity who has had their likeness taken without consent to generate graphic AI content. Actress Xochitl Gomez, 17, who starred in Marvel’s Doctor Strange recently confessed her experience with discovering and handling AI-generated porn of herself on the internet.

Last year, an investigation by Forbes also uncovered a slew of AI-generated NSFW merchandise depicting celebrities like Ariana Grande and Jenna Ortega being sold on Etsy.

An investigation by 404 Media revealed that the AI-generated NSFW images of Swift may have originated from a group chat on Telegram. Members of the group chat allegedly create and share graphic AI-generated images of celebrities, often women, using Microsoft Designer.

At the time of writing, Swift’s dedicated fans have flooded the original “Taylor Swift AI” search term with phrases “Protect Taylor Swift” and “Respect Taylor Swift” in an attempt to erase the AI-generated photos from search results. Many also expressed their frustration over the proliferation of NSFW AI-generated content of stars.

“Those Taylor AI pics are straight up sexual harassment and it’s disgusting a man that man can do those things without repercussions. They see women as objects made for their sick fantasies and I’m so sick of it. It makes me want to throw up,” wrote a Swiftie on X.

According to Daily Mail, the pop star is reportedly “furious” at the AI-generated images, and is considering legal action.
